I am a family photographer specialising in those early childhood years using a relaxed and informal approach where I aim to capture each child's unique character. As a Dad to two young children I have the advantage of an understanding of the subject that many photographers just don't have. If you have had unsuccessful studio pictures done of your children looking apprehensive and uncomfortable under bright lights this is the ideal alternative.
The shoot can be anywhere that you and your family enjoy. The back garden, park or beach are all ideal, or maybe an area in a conservatory, near a window, to utilise the available natural light which often gives better results than harsh artificial bulbs when photographing young people.
